F6® Woven Wrap
Woven & Split Tubular Harness Wrap
Flexo® F6® Woven Wrap utilizes some of the same characteristics as original F6® sleeving but has been engineered to improve upon it. Woven Wrap has the same easy to access wrap around design but, due to the woven construction, has complete coverage for increased protection and abrasion resistance. This sleeving’s superior elastic flexibility lets it wrap around any kind of bundle, cable or hose and will not compromise the bundle’s flexibility. F6® Woven Wrap sleeving resists damage from abrasion, common chemicals, and UV light, and will protect wires, hoses and cables even in harsh environmental conditions.
What Are The Benefits of Using A Split Braid?
Flexo F6® Woven Wrap is a unique split, semi-rigid side entry woven sleeve (also referred to as split loom or wrap around sleeve). F6® Woven Wrap offers the standard protective qualities of braided sleeving with some added benefits including:
Easy Installation: Split braided sleeving can be installed easily without the need to remove or disconnect any wires or cables. The split design allows the sleeving to be wrapped around the cables, and features a self-closing construction.
Flexibility: The split design allows the sleeving to flex and bend without causing any damage to the wires or cables inside. This makes it ideal for applications where cables need to move, route around corners, or bend frequently.
Organization (& Reorganization): Split loom can bundle multiple cables together for one streamline harness while allowing cables to be added or removed without removing the split sleeving.
